I have ordered a designer kurti 107 with order number 75186 from limeline website and recieved a very cheap quality saree instead. I mail them and they give me a token number and told that their customer care will call in within 48 hours but no one calls and also they are not giving reply to the mails now. Thier customer care number is also fraud it always says all executives are busy and will call you back shortly but no one calls and moreover if you press for return or refund request the call is automatically diconnected. I have paid rs. 539 for a designer kurti and recieved cheap saree instead. So, I request you to take strict action against them and help me to get my refund.
