limeline.in - Cancel and refund

I ordered a gown on 30 April then after some days I cancelled the product, now from then I m waiting for refund not even the money came not the product and no one answered on behalf of my mail. Is this a service? I mailed many times but not get respond not even a call from there`s side for responding. Very bad experience, please do something otherwise I will go for other way.
