Limeline.in - Wrong item sent and not refunding the payment against request.

I have ordered a Designer Dress against order no. 58542 for rs.755/-, but they have sent me low class saree, Its a fraud company, i have already registered a complaint against wrong item sent on their website, they did not replied or when i tried their customer care no. its also not working. Government should shut down this type of fraud companies, or take an action against fraudulent peoples.
