Have ordered one dress & one lehenga choli from limeline website...& i received the wrong parcel ...in that parcel their is a saree which is so cheap or poor quality..& i paid 1510 rs. In cash.....i have also had conversation with customer care services...& he was very very very rude...his behaviour was inappropriate...& he also was speaking bad words with us ...the service provided by customer care was very bad....i want my refund ... customer care service was asking for google pay UPI PIN as we deined to give him upi pin he started to abusing us & talk rudely....& as per limeline norms & regulations of limeline we asked u to refund our money which is paid in cash...the amount is 1510 rs...kindly look into thus matter & help us in getting refund or money back...we had attached the photos of ur regualtions which are on ur site....I have also filled the refund form. My bill id photocopy is attached below....plz take serious note.....
