Hi, I have ordered medicine from medlife on January 5th. From Medlife I have received a message that medicine will deliver on Jan6th, so that I have done payment with Amazon pay. On Jan 6th Delivery agent came with medicine but refused to handover the same because of payment status showing pending in Medlife App, I called to medlife team , they said that they have received the payment, but due to technical issues it was not updated in the portal, and the same will update to the delivery agent. But it was not done. On January 7th also Delivery boy came but said same thing, still it is showing pending and no body informed him about that. I again called to the medlife team, they said that it is under process. On January 7th night they cancelled my ordered and they mentioned that as per your request we have cancelled, it was not happened. The medicines was daily usage to me, every day I need to have them twice, because of them I have to roam in the Hyderabad city, it is not available in all medical shops. And I have contact them 3 times, for contacting them the expense was 2.8 paisa for each second, I have talked to them 15 to 20 month each time. Please provide justice for my mental and physical pressure because of them.
