I Pralhad Rao Kulkarni received a call from a named shital sheth mail id is shitalsheth3945@gmail.com and contact number is 9714004176 And he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing aadhar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id with mail id of agreement dept as agreementdept023@gmail.com and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don’t work or leave the job in between or if i didn’t complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and completed the work in time and submitted to them Monday I got the qc report generated , They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. And also I got the mail as We are PEXIV Legal Department. This email is to inform you that you have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the terms & conditions, you have to pay pending payment before today. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly Reply As Soon As Possible At This Mail. I got a call from Mr. Rakesh Sharma Advocate Associate mail id is Rakesh Sharma adv.legaldept2016@gmail.com as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 within 12:30PM otherwise I will forward your case to legally further process. I paid the amount of 4700 at 12:59PM and sent a receipt to his whatsapp number 7265863264 and revert the same mail as rakesh as sent after 1 hr. again I got a call from him and he asking as you are done a payment deny so you have to pay another for case withdrawal fees of RS.15,500 otherwise your case will not been closed you will get a legal notice form court. After 2 hrs. I got a sms form him as MR. pralhad roa kulkarni case can be booked under Section 420 and Section 406 case number is 1234798 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle the dispute Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case to futher for an arbitrary proceedings, we will send you the notice Hard copy on your Residence Address. Do replay us within 2 days or call us on this number 7265863264. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... Fraudster details shital sheth mail id is shitalsheth3945@gmail.com and contact number is 9714004176 Helpline email id - help4formsfilling@gmail.com Help line: 7046010439/7046010435. Same problem facing so many peoples with they are just changing their company name also persons names and address, and I have another 2 of my co-workers agreement document it is fake, in agreement document mentioned same numbers, names and address. Requesting you to kindly take this complaint in high priority and resolve this problem. I`M humbly requesting all the peoples who are facing this kind of issues don`t pay the money.
