Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I am being mentally tortured and harassed by various agents calling on Behalf of RBL credit card. Due to severe financial difficulties I am unable to pay my dues. This was clearly stated to the agent who visited my workplace without prior intimation. This caused a lot of humiliation to me and brought down my self image. Again now I am being threatened by various third party agents of coming to my work place to humiliate me. This threatening is not only damaging my self image but it is also affecting my work. The RBI has not given recovery agents permission for such kind of harassment. I am going to file a suit with the court under section 499 to 501 loss of commercial and Social image of RS 50 Lakh will be filed against RBL credit card. Below mentioned are the numbers of the people who are harassing me. 1. 9321385790 - Ms. RIYA 2. 8169022996 - Name not disclosed 3. 9082075496 - Jay Many of the callers are not ready to tell their names and their identity. They click pictures of the building and house door and keep threatening. Requesting for legal action against RBL credit card team.
