Shine.com - Fraud want my money back

I got a call from Shine.com regarding Application booster services that can help me finding a new job. They initially said, charges would be Rs. 3292 only. So, I paid that amount. Then again they said, additional charges would be Rs. 5192 followed by Rs. 8376 and said, it`s for verification and carrier counseling. I was not satisfied with this because earlier they never told me that I need to pay. Again i paid the amount after paying the significant amount after 10 minute again one more mail receive and saying 18000 amount need to pay. The guy was totally rude and unprofessional. Despite of paying such a amount its been more than 2 month didn`t get any single interview call. Guys shine.co such a fraud company please be aware. when i asked for refund they don`t have such a refund policy and totally denied. If here any alternate through i can get y money back please suggest.
