Hi Team, Few days I have received a call from shine.com saying that are you looking for a job change... I said yes.... so to highlight my resume they asked me to pay 2655.... I said ok Later customer support keeps on calling us (which was damn irritating) I was like give me some time. Next day...again I received a call from your agents... he questions me what’s your problem when will you make the payment, who is he to force me?? Just to stop call from your end I made a payment (that’s how you guys are irritating) And you guys mailed for some info.... I have provided everything with attached resume....(and the calls have been stopped) I see no help from your end, like how to proceed..... I mailed you guys 2days back for help.... and hear is the update... sorry madam your application was not updated properly and resume doesn’t match.... please pay 3k again to make changes for the resume.....So do you really think I should follow up all these after making payment your coming back with reasons like this Please teach some respect to your agents.... My money was really wasted..... and I seriously don’t recommend any one in the future..... It would be better if you could proceed with the refund. Transaction ID IN20200508_333834333834_1589010045
