shine.com - Misleading information provided and still asking for more money

I have purchased premium service with Shine for 3, 657 rupees on transaction number :IN20230315_774779_113715 and thereafter again without informing to me asking for second invoice immeidately within 10 minutes and has been raised of Rs. 6961 on transaction number IN20230315_774844_124621. The total amount has been paid of Rs 10681/- thereafter after making the payment of second invoice. they have raised the third invoice of Rs. 15668 which i have stopped to pay. Thereafter they are insisting to make the payment otherwise you will not get the services. The transaction has been made today i.e. 15th March, 20323. I was miss informed about the package and now Shine representative is asking for more money. I wanted to get a refund and cancel the ordered service. getting no help
