Dear Team, I received a call on Saturday 04-Nov-2023 from an agent Pankaj Sharma of shine.com (Contact No - 080 3533 7367) the job portal, and was talked into purchasing packages on the platform which becomes total of Rs. 80,240. They give fake promises of giving jobs of 15-16 Lacs per annum after paying the money. So far, used any of the services they provide & I wasn`t willing to pay such a high amount to anyone for jobs. Please help me with CANCELLATION and REFUND process of the below mentioned services as the cost is too high and I can`t afford it.
