Hello, I signed up for Shine.com and made a payment of Rs. 3500 for 6 months to become a premium job seeker. The next day I got a call from an executive for a small verification process required, and please be next to your laptop. All they have done is make me pay again and again saying it is absolutely necessary and without which I cannot apply for a job. Why? Because I asked Rohit, then Priya, and then your senior manager to be upfront with me and tell me all the payments or upcoming payments required from me. No one has listened to me at all. You have upset and harassed me. So much so that you have taken only payments from me as below: 1. I complied with the team till here, as I was promised this is the basic, and verification is a must. I was promised that after this we are done. Then there were more expenses: 3.IN20210902_544868 Rs 11313.81 for Professional Summary & Resume Builder @ Rs 499  Knowing English I offered to write this out myself, but that was refused and I had to make a payment again. This was supposed to be my last payment, which I was assured. I had requested the team at this stage to at least give me a heads up of all the money or probability of payment with a ballpark figure, but all in vain. I was irritated and pleaded with your team to return my money on principle: That no one is telling me how much money you want upfront and I do not appreciate that at all.  After pretending to understand this, I asked for a discount a few times as I told them I am not happy with the misleading that has taken place. I cannot trust a team like this. I again asked if they could just give me a refund and end this for me. They offered me a discount, which by the way was not a discount it was a lesser service. So from getting the service of Senior Level Resume Writing Services I only got Resume Builder @399. Which was never highlighted to me again offered to me as sure, let me the do the best I can! As usual, I was told last payment, no more beyond this point.  After I paid this then I am again told that this does not include the second part of the service which is presentation skills and 2 WhatsApp Jobs a day. Again a payable service to the tune of Rs. 15398.  Now please tell me how do we trust each other, when you have beaten around the bush and misleading all day. I again request you to please return my money.  Also, the calls and tasks that we were supposed to start and finish today haven`t happened, since you are holding my own money ransom.
