Shine.com - Payments processed in the name of recruitment

I was reached out by Shine.com for processing my resume. now they started first asking me to pay 3567 which I paid, then they put to another person as dedicated recruiter and he started saying please pay 5192 and then education verification Rs9556/- and then 16912 for presentation , and then they said 247779 for resume writing and covering letter which I did not ask but said its their process. then again another they asked as final 33000 as final payment. Some saurabh and pushpendra called. they have taken almost 61000 till now from me and still asking me to pay 33000. I did not want to pay. They say there is no refund policy. That guys asked me to send the activation mail aslo . I was thinking its the final one I sent email. Then slowly they are sending another email to pay 33000 more. Then I stopped and I wanted to raise the complaint. Please help in refunding my money. Regards Geeta
