Shine.com - Refund of payment needed urgently

Shine.com approached for better opportunities on payment basis. A total of Rs 362227/- was paid in different intervals as per their request. But did not receive any services in this regard. One of their executive Mr. Deepak Sharma communicated on telecon on 27th Jan`2024, that if interested for refunds, then send the invoices and talk to their refund manager Sujan Singh. All related invoices were sent & Sujan Sngh was informed. Sujan then demanded GST amount and needs to be paid within 2 hours. Why GST for my payments and that too refunded for no services given. On 31stJan 2024 anothe call came with a website for refunds with a payment of Rs 10, which I didnt pay. The returns calls from my side is not lifted. Is this again a fraud. My payment details areas follows: 1) Rs 5000/- on 09072020 2) Rs 24499/- on 10072020 3) Rs 3292/- on 27062022 4) Rs 3439/- on 18112023 Needs refunds immediately and without any payments
