Shine.com - Shine.com is fraud company and should be taken down

My name is Kanishka. I registered on shine.com on 22nd August 2021 and applied for the job at the same. The next day which is 23rd August 2021, I received a call from xyz woman contact me from shine dot com regarding employment and asked for conducting a phone interview for which she asked me Rs.500 for confirming the call for an interview. After that, the woman connected me to a guy named Aditya Arora for the interview for which I got selected, then promised me the job from the Aditya Birla group. Then xyz called for further formalities like asked for the 10th and 12th mark sheet along with the pan card and adhaar card in a pdf further asked for Rs.4000 for the agreement fee which I paid. After that, I received the call for another Rs.4000 for a security deposit from another person named Aditya Arora which again I sent to the PhonePe number but I did not receive any agreement as promised so I tried contacting them for the same. The man said he filled the form wrong due to which he had to take time and asked for a further Rs.4000 for correcting the form for which I asked "if the mistake is from your side why should I pay" he said "this is the process and promised the refund in 2 to 3 seconds after the correction will be done" but I said I do not have that much money now. So he then asked for Rs.2000 and I paid and remained on a call with him as he said he would instantly repay the amount of Rs.2000 back but abruptly canceled the call, further, I tried contacting him on the same number, the lady first contacted me for the confusion but instead, the number was getting connected to the same guy who forsakes took the interview as he picked the call when I tried contacting the woman but later blocked me on WhatsApp and call. Please help me with the situation and the owner of shine.com should face legal charges as its a fraud website, also this has been happening since so many years.
