Shine.com - Wrong tricks and fraudulent tricks practiced by Shine employees to cheat me

Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding drawing your attention regarding the wrong behaviors those are being practiced by Shine.com executive and cheating. I want my money back. Please help me. Following are points for your notice: 1. On 14-Oct-2023 (Saturday), I got one call from Shine.com executive Miss Tamanna, regarding job seeking assistance and profile visibility of Shine.com. She said me that they can help me in this, but for this I have to pay an amount of INR 4660 for my profile visibility. As I am looking for a job change, I gladly paid it, in hoping it will help me. 2. Thereafter, she transferred my call to one another executive Miss Pooja. I briefed her about my profile and job that I am looking for. She said me to pay for experience and education verification. I got one Performa invoice email of INR 7197. I was reluctant and expressed my disconnect to pay it. But, she said that it will increase chances and is mandatory. Even if being reluctant I paid this amount. Just I paid it, she sent me one another invoice email of INR 9911 to pay for education verification. I was completely disgust as I was not said about amount and two separate invoices to pay. Naturally anyone will think this is a single amount to be paid. As I had paid already INR 11857, so I had paid it this INR 9911 also. 3. Thereafter, she sent me invoice for presentation (not informed me to be paid for two presentations and two separate invoices, but first sending one invoice of amount INR 15505 and after I paid emailed me quickly for second invoice of INR 17700. I said I don`t want to go ahead and returning my paid amount. She said that this was last payment and also in written email given me following confirmation. Please check in the body of attached email (subject line 17700 paid_yahoo Mail……). "Note:- This is the final payment for the shine services. After this no more payment for any further shine services". I had no choice as I felt trapped. So, I paid INR 15505 and INR 17700. 4. Even she had committed about no further payment is required for services. She sent me further two invoices of INR 8140 and INR 9557. That is absolutely wrong. I paid INR 8140 but rejected second one INR 9557. There was a long disconnect over all these. I have paid following amounts: Improved Visibility Package-3 month 4660 Job Profile Verification Plus Package 7197 Education Verification Plus Package 2 + Application Highlighter 9911 Professional Summary + LinkedIn Profile 15505 Job and Interview Assistance 17700 Job Search Guidance with Job Thought Report + Interview and Hiring Test 8140 Resume Writing Services (Not paid) 9557 I need your help in getting these paid money back.
