Subscription of:ID:1125228245 Alraeady escalated to the nodal officer. I had total 3 setop box in the past. I made a request to cancel all my setop box . Suddenly out of nowhere my setop box was re activated without my concent and my account balance was completely deducted. Jayakumar nodal officer admited that reactivation was done from their side without my concent. But i still have to bare the expenses.
