I am using tata sky from long time . last year I have opted from annual Dhamaal Kids that was over on 9th sep 2018. On 10th Sep I got a call from tata sky and asked from renewing on offer same pack for two years on 4680/- + 1925/- for one year HD. I have paid total 6605/- now they associate is it was a mistake and not able to activate for 2 years. they are asking for another 1600/- Ruppes.
