I had purchased mi smart tv 55 inch for rs 39999 on 3rd mar 2018.on 29 sep 2019 i raised a complaint with mi service centre as tv stopped working. As it was in warranty they said tv will be replaced.it has been more than two months now and still issue is not resolved.i have following up on daily basis with mi but there is no update on it.i am being harrassed by mi team and services are pathetic from mi.i want them to replace the tv asap and compensate for the delay and harassment caused.
