I had booked a hotel roo through yatra.com with ref no. Yatra booking no. :[protected]Booking Date : 03 Oct, 2018...butas shown in the paclage I was mot provided with the AC room...initially the hotel manager denied my checkin and after requesting much he provided a non AC room which was as small as a matchbox...cleaninness was bad... now I need refund as AC facility was not provided.
