Sir, I am Parveen Rai and purchased online live Class for SBI Main exam for Cleark and paid Rs.899.1 against order ID No. #CP433698 dated 29 Feb 20. After 16 Apr 20 , they stopped streaming live classes without intimation to me. They stared another online classes with same teachers. Presently, I am facing problem to continue my study. They haven`t responded my any emails other than issue a ticket no 5919022106. My request either Adda247refund my amount Rs 899 or permit me to attend another live class of same exam with written apologies. Further take a necessary action against adda247 for harassing a poor students.
