I have engaged the said packer n mover for shifting my house form Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Hyderabad, Telangana on 14-Jun 2020.(GC no: GCAHMD202100215), CA No. AHMD2021000092. I paid the entire value of 67, 500/- In two terms: bookings amount: 10,000/- and remaining amount on the day of movement (14 Jun 2020). I was promised by the Ahmedabad manager (MK Singh) that consignment will be delivered at my Hyderabad address no later than 5-8 days. But as on today 28 Jun 2020, the consignment is not delivered (delayed but one week) . Upon contacting the said ahmedabad manager, Hyderabad manager I am not getting any confirmation when I will get the delivery.This is causing lot of trouble for me and my family during this COVID times. Hence I wish to Seek justice for this delay and poor service and poor commitment from the company provided to me.
