I have booked my luugage to be shipped to Meghalaya with consignment no. 216 allotted to me by Mr. Sharma with Mb# 8448560642 / 9582634700. He provided simple hand written bill without GSTN. and assured me to provide proper bill later. luggage received 35 days later with broken condition and asked extra money in between to ship the luggage safely and further asked extra money to drop door to door otherwise he would throw it anywhere. And finally I paid extra for broken luggage and without bill. Still trying to contact for recovery of my item and proper bill. Kindly take strict action against him/ his company.
