I have been contacted by AGRS Cargo Packers &Movers, and they asked me the items list that needs to get packed. I mentioned it and they told me that it would cost Rs 6000 for the things from Delhi to Shillong. As they coated a price which was affordable for me as my belongings are not too huge I agreed to it but they haven`t mentioned anything regarding doing insurance of my items. They came to fetch my items for packing on the 12th of July 2021and after completing the packing they said I have to pay insurance which I questioned them and they said it has to be done and it is required or else they cannot take responsibility of my commodities to reach properly and my packed items will not get dispatched as long as I am not paying the insurance amount. Also they said that the charges for my commodities has been Rs10,300 which exceeded from the earlier amount they coated which is rs 6000. I paid them rs 10,300 and 8000 for insurance and they said within 1 hour I will be receiving a mail which will have my Tracking ID number and it will get dispatched. I waited the whe day and gave a call back to them at evening 8:30 pm. After attempting more that 6-7 times I received a call back from them and they said why I have called them to which I asked about my Tracking ID number and that guy Mr.Rampal spoke very badly with me like a goon and said I should not be calling to him as he doesn`t like it and said he will forward the link to me the next day but he have not sent the Tracking ID number of my order neither order number. I family called him today (15th July 2021) and he said the same. I want some strict actions against this company and want information regarding my commodities ASAP . I would kindly request the concern authority who looks after the customer complaints to take some action about this case. I am very sacred whether my packed items will be delivered and when. Kindly help me out. The state from where I dispatched the items was Delhi and it is meant to reached in Shillong Meghalaya
