Hello Team, This mail is regarding my luggage which was supposed to be received on 25 feb 2020. But still i am not able to get the same. Whenever i try to call the person they are passing the name and phone numbers of other persons to contact. And when i try to contact them. Nobody will provide the correct and clear picture that when will i receive my luggage. Everyone is saying either he will check or check with that person or that person. Sorry to say but you are not a local transporter. you are a big name in the transport industry and the way you and your people are behaving is not at all a professional behavior.
