I booked tiket in AI 713 from Kolkata to Imphal PNR no JF2HB and tiket no 0982133273469-71. Date of journey 8 April 2020 .airindia cancelled his flight , when I requested to refund my booking amount they denied and reply who booked tiket before 25 march is not applicable to refund but that type of policy not exist during the time of booking .
