I have install a combo of Airtel broadband dish TV and fixed landline for which I was given a scheme of 6710 in advance for a year with all facilities for free.. it`s hardly four months after installing the Airtel package they are again asking me to pay 7920 rupees saying that they have changed the plan and now I will have to pay again the amount of 7920.. it`s clearly cheating with customers. I have not even used the land line for more than 10 to 12 calls in hi whole 4 months don`t know why still the company is making such nuisance...I am attaching the copy of my plan which I have received from Airtel company and I am also attaching the the messages which I am receiving from last few days to pay the bill.. indirectly they are torturing the customers. I want to file a case against the company please guide and help me.
