I have purchased fastag from Airtel payment bank on 1st Dec 2019. There was no mention of duration of dispatch during the transaction process. On 2nd Dec 2019, the customer service on call no 400 informed me that they will issue the fastag with 14 days. When I called them on 8th they informed me that 14 days are changed to 14 working days by airtel management and the fastag will be further delayed. As fastag is compulsory from 15th dec, airtel shall be liable to pay all penalty charges if incurred by me due to non availability of fastag by airtel till the date of receipt.
