I have a complaint against Airtel payments bank. I was prompted to make a transaction using the airtel wallet to make an online payment. It went smoothly. But next time when I tried the same, after transferring some amount to the wallet from my another bank account, my airtel wallet was locked, stating that debit not allowed from my account, mentioning no reasons for the same. This happened every time I tried a recharge or pay bills. WHAT A HUGE FRAUD by AIRTEL! They beg for credit/ deposit but refuse at the time of debit! All of their customer care numbers have only automated answering machines, not a single option for customer care executive interaction! They are all FAKE. Thrice I mailed to their customer care email id, but every-time I got an automated machine type reply, without resolving my issue. AIRTEl is a BIG CHEAT and this whole concept of AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK IS A FRAUD.
