Over the course of time i`ve raised too many complaints with airtel support. I mean when someone calls me, it doesn`t connect. When I call someone, it doesn`t connect. I don`t get any messages or whatsapp when I travel because of the awesome 4G network, nothing really works. i have visited your so called airtel store at pin code 411014 5 times this month on different dates at different times and no one is ever there. I have over 400GB data left on my airtel account but can`t use it really, can`t watch YouTube or Netflix on the go, websites times out, This issue is going on since the time i joined Airtel in March 2018. Since then i`ve been calling Airtel as their network connectivity and internet 3G and 4g has very bad connections at my locations home and work location wagholi (4122070 ) and Kharadi (411014). They have put my complaint on hold from so long and have never fixed the issue even after promising every time i`ve talked to them. with poor services they are duping the customers and there should be a legal action against them. Kindly do refer to this number as well, as that time also they just promised better service but nothing happened. on an average i pay around 550 inr for the bill on an average per month, i want a refund of at least 10000 inr since the time i joined airtel as their issues were never resolved.
