I have order RISING INDIA 14 Inch Children Bicycle for 3-5 Years with More Soft and Comfortable Seat with Back Support and Basket on 11th June 2020 order no.171-3208022-7992364 that I revive on 16th june 2020, but some parts are damage of the cycle so I replaced it on same day, they generate new order no. 408-2389194-2901959 and showing expected dilivery date of 21 june 2020 and pickup also on dilivery date. On 21st June I received one massage that my order had delivered but I had not received any call regarding dilivery or pickup and in Amazon app also showing the the diliver status but I had not recieved my order, I write to Amazon they say that replacement is not possible only return is possible and they picked the cycle on 25th June the that was damage the same I recieved on 11th June but still now I had not received my refund amount. Sir I had order kids cycle on 11June and till today I had not received nor cycle nor amount and my money is on hold with Amazon that I pay by credit card on witch I pay interest of the rate of almost 36 %. So I demand my money from Amozon with interest.
