Worst ever bank. I request people who gonna apply loan here, don`t even apply loan even for rs.1000 also. Such irresponsible work from the staff. Especially staff named Archana in Legal department. She will not even response & talk in manners. I paid loan processing fees of rs.67,260 1year back.. but not even a single step has taken for my loan. When I asked for cancellation & refund. They did only 14,250 which is not even 50%. No response from staff. Such a biggest fraud bank in India. This bank is not even deserved for single star. If there is option for minus star rating definitely I can choose for this bank.
