I booked a Flat C-1102 in ANTRIKSH Sanskrit, NH 24, Across Hindon River, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP in the year 2012. As per the agreement, it was to be handed over to me in 2014. The building work is stopped since long and it is not yet complete. I want to apprise you of the acute mental trauma and financial hardships as under: I booked a flat in Antriksh Sanskrit Project located on NH-24, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in 2012. As per Builder-Buyer agreement, the possession of flats was to be given in the year 2014. I have paid more than 95 percent (Rs 36.87 Lakhs) of total committed value of the flats and but the project is far from complete. Even if the builder want to start the work, it will take more than 2 years to complete the work. I understand that there some litigation of builder with Govt Authorities. Now I do not want the Flat which is delayed by more than Six years and I my refund of deposit along with Interest IMMEDIATELY.
