I have request the IFB online to send the engineer, since washing machine is not working, they have send the third party agency, at home. where he has taken the amount rs. 4,800 and after a month time machine is not running. almost 1 month passed trying to contact agency, but they are not providing service and even i have visited to the company place where address been given, but there is no one at the place.
