Arete visa solution - Amount refund

I am Arumugam from Tamilnadu India. I have got offer from arete visa solution for Gulf interview on Aug 2018. They are ask money to me total Rs.150000 +18%GST with agreement signed . I was pay the money for the interview process then again ask money for service charges Rs.100000 . But I don`t no option so I paid the money for the same. One day they are gave the Visa but this visiting visa . I asking to Mr.Palak sharma she is HR manager of Arete visa solution . She si told to me after reached dubai then will be converted to work visa . I reached to dubai and meet Mr.Ashish He is one of the partner with Mr. Palak sharma. But both of person cheated to me no job give to me and not refund money till now. Please help me any one can be help to me how to my amount refund 😭😭😭😭 Company address .
