I spoke with axis bank many a time through email.the first time they said that i have to send the card details which i did.Even after sending the email through registered email address they said i am not sending it through a registered one.I thought of calling them and asking for explanation for my balance.I purchased one mobile phone from Amazon.com wherein due to bank error they charged me twice and as I have drctly from amazon coverted the amount into emi.I got charged for two emi for one product.I called them ask for explanation the rep said that he have rectified the error and also told me the the min due which i should be paying.I made the payment.Later i did not check my statement as he gave me the assurity that he have changed everything.Now i saw the bank is charging me additional interest on top of the emi interest stating that i have not covered my balance.Wherein it was under the impression that i have already paid off the balance and all the other transactio has been coverted into emi.Now i spoke with sup during the first call i didnot get the resolution on 26th may 2020 i spent 2hours on call he later disconnected the call,after that my call never gets connected.Later on 27th may i again called and added my fiance on the call we disscussing th details and again they disconnected the call.Later the second attempt they cold transferred me.the third time the rep was unable to understand the balance details soo we just discussed the interest part and told to arrange a call back after listening to th call.I just want to know where my balance come from and had been in under great trauma since then because during this covid lockdown time nobody is helping
