I`d ordered a product in flipkart with order no.- OD117092978645207000 And had paid using axis bank gift card. This transaction was done on 18th November, 2019. I`d returned the product due to quality issues. Normally, I received refund in my bank account linked to flipkart but as the payment was done using gift card it has to be retraced to initial payment mode. I`d complained in flipkart thrice. They say the merchant has refunded my amount. This amount is not yet initiated from bank`s side. I have tried contacting axis bank also over phone call customer service. It is 1 and half month now nobody knows in the whole damned bank where the issue would be resolved. They keep on transferring my call from one department to another till I get frustated. I have all my transaction details.
