Ayushman hospital - Fraudulent charges charged by Hospital till date biopsy report not given

I was charged for excision biopsy of my right hand index finger with paronychia. But I have not received my biopsy report till date and onmany verbaland written follow ups, it was confirmed by the hospital staff that no sample had ever been sent for biopsy. I request you to please get my full amount be refunded as the hospital had Fraudulently charged me.
