Hi,As per my discussion with the executive, I was told that Consumables and Zero Depth is covered in my Insurance accordingly quote was submitted on mail by them. During Expense Claim, it was found that they had not mentioned Consumables in the actual Insurance copy send to me after final payment.I requested them to update the same in the existing policy to which they refused and said it was a typing mistake from their side. I ad to bare the charges of consumables due to this.In addition to it, they always try to use new terms while mentioning the details. Initially he was verbally telling me that Zero Depth is covered but was not ready to mention in the policy.
