I have bought a AC before one year .. financed amount was 36000.00... monthly emi was 4500.00 First 4 emi deducted from my account . Before fifth emi due date I have got a message new loan has been generated of RS. 5000.00.. I called on customer service ... They told me it`s not a loan ... When I submitted amount for emi of 4500... Firstly they deducted 1040 emi amount of 5000 loan amount and then emi of 4500 was bounced.. after that they called me for emi of 4500 .. I told them but they didn`t responded.. now I have got a call of sub inspector who told me he have an arrest warrant against me .. the case was filed by Bajaj finance
