They asked me to take a policy of 30,000 to avail a loan of 7 lakh.Once the premium was paid i received the policy documents and all. The procedure went all good. But as soon as the cooling period for policy acceptance was over they never called me back nor accepted my call.So i went to the branch as per advised by customer care of Bharti Axa, they told me that the cooling period was over which was only 15 days and i cannot terminate/surrender the policy. I explained them about the fraud but they said give us a written complaint and they will get back to me. I never received any response from them its almost 2 weeks i have given the complaint.They said they cannot give me a single rupee after the surrender of the policy. if i pay them 3 premium of 30000 they will give me only 30% percent of the premium which is totally a non sense.Please help me to get the fraud case busted as i had seen many people effected with the same fraud. And its all company strategy to get money from people. It is very frustrating as company is not given back the money in 20 days after the policy taken, we can understand the deduction but not repaying a single rupee is a big problem.
