Arvind Rana has been extorting money from men in this way. he deals in cctv set up cctv cameras and all. he has put his ads at many places. he sells cctv set ups and steals the gst. he does not pay taxes and registered a fake company just to show to people. he claims he will provide 3 years of service after installation and later customer wants service and he denies the service by making excuses. when customers asks for refund he says come to office or meet somewhere to take the money back. customer falls into the trap and goes to take refund.
