We have had pathetic experience with cash bean. We took loan and they have given so less time to repay the. They keep on harassing and blackmailing that if we do not repay the loan on time they will send police to our home. It feels like a scam, it feels horrible, it has worst customer service. They even call all the the family members and blackmail them. They don`t keep an update even when the EMI is paid, they say "you have not yet paid your EMI so we are increasing the interest, and they say it is your mistake ,now you have to pay more". It is very disgusting. They have provided us loan that doesn`t mean that they will kill us.
