While repaying the loan, by mistake i transferred two times. That`s the end of story, i am trying to reach them from all possible ways but they are not all responding. Its been already 20-22 days , once i got reply for mail by saying money will be refunded within 6-7 days after that they are not even bothered to respond. Please help.
