I conducted a four wheeler loan in the year 2017 30th June and disbursement was on July 2017 of Scorpio S2 car purchased from Balaji Auto Works Pvt Ltd Mahindra Showroom and loan from Cholamandalam Finance Limited in the name of Lalu Charan Khuntia and loan amount was 700000/- and disbursement amount was 681000/- approximately.I was promised a incentive amount of 1% of loan disbursement amount which stands as 6810/- approximately by the finance company executive but i did not receive any incentive amount till date and when asked the reason for not getting the amount in cheque he told that Mahindra showroom took the incentive that is Balaji Auto Works Pvt Ltd and i will not get any incentive as it was earlier promised by the executive.I complained the matter to the Manager but he said i can’t do anything you talk to the executive who conducted the loan file or talk to your SALES MANAGER of Mahindra Showroom who was also involved in this case.So i kindly request you to take strict action against them and please help me in getting my incentive amount as soon as possible.RegardsRana Mukherjee
