My trip id- 190620519416 I booked a flight with clear trip private limited from its clear trip application. I used a coupon code FLIGHT which stated that after my booking I would be provided with ₹1,990 cash back. But even after 1 month they are neither paying me back nor did I get any response from their customer care service. It has been more than a month and I have mailed and called them several times but still no update. Please look into this matter and fraudulent charges should be levied on this company. If you check their application on playstore many users have written in their feedback how they were cheated by this fraud company.
