Cosmo Infrastructure Private Ltd. - Fraud by Builder

In 2007 Cosmo Infrastructure Private Ltd., promoted by Shri Amitav Misra, had launched a duplex bunglow project in Bhubaneswar (Kalarahanga) to build 400 units. The builder launched its project with much funfare. In May 2007 I had booked an unit by paying an amount of Rs.2.50 lakh (scanned copies enclosed) towards the same. Many people had even paid larger amounts upto Rs.10 lakh with booking and the builder must have collected about Rs.5-6 crore from the same. However, there was no progress in the work. The builder was delaying the same for some reason or other. When the pressure from the individuals increased, he fled out of Odisha with his family & belongings. He even sold his own bunglow. Some of the affected persons staying in and around Bhubaneswar wanted to file FIR with Police authorities there, but they could not succeed with filing. He has been absconding for the last over 7 years. Off late it is heard that he is taking up building flats in Bhubaneswar in the name of some body else. I urge the agencies to take proper action against the cheat and arrange to refund my money.
