Respected sir, I ,Mr godappa M Sanad have paid the amount for dish TV offer ( VC no 02512003624 ) for 14 months validity as given by DishTV itself . The switch off date was 24/3/2020 . But now they have cancelled the offer without any intimation and have reduced the validity period from 14 months to 11 months. Now the switch off date is 26/12/2019 . But I had paid the amount for 14 months as per the offer given by Dish TV. On communicating with the customer care, my call is being cut. I am not getting response from the Dish TV customer care executives. I am having phone call recordings with dish TV and screen shots of offer given to me as the proof. So I request you sir to kindly register my complaint against the Dish TV inconvenience and help me to get justice. Yours faithfullyGodappa M Sanad99005522018310397103
