DTDC has lost my 21 books and many other valuables which is worth more than 20,000. After complaining them about the non arrival of so many things (including books) they accepted their mistake but has no guilt of losing my books, despite they are giving an excuse that my luggage might have been reshuffled with others luggage. This is highly inefficient behavior shown by a brand courier. Now when we call them, they make fake promises of returning those books, and procrastinate it to tomorrow. (Though this tomorrow is never ending). It`s been more than 20 days now since my luggage was picked up from destination. We need serious help. Please.
