Hello I have bought a product from First cry for my baby on which they have charged me additional GST. They said this is a First Cry policy & this is a Govt approved policy, the product on which we give 19% or more discount on that we can charge additional GST. I want to raise a complaint against First Cry for changing double GST. And wanted to know if the manufacturer is already paid an GST on behalf of the consumer than is this correct.
